Psalm 68, Part III

Introduction
Jesse - “The Message of Jesus Must Go Out,” David’s song, just like the
Donut Man’s that Jesse just sung, was sung by all of Israel during it’s festivals
celebrating the awesomeness of their God…The Divine Warrior and The Divine
Vindicator! Unlike the surrounding pagan nations that their God caused them to
faced down and defeat who’s god’s were merely wood or precious metals shaped by
the hands of craftsmen and utterly powerless.
Israel’s God dwelt among them…Israel’s God went before them; Israel’s God
went besides them; Israel’s God had their back! In this Hymn filled with praises,
thanksgiving, prayers and oracles David challenges Israel NEVER FORGET their
God is with them and has proven it time and again!

Uses of God’s Name (43X’s)
• Jehovah/God (4X’s) - Referring to God’s: Un-originated, Immutable, Eternal and
Self-Sustaining.
• Elohim/God (31X’s) - Referring to God’s: All Powerfulness and Pre-eminence.
• Adonai/Lord (8X’s) - Referring to God as: Supreme Owner and Master of
everything and everyone; therefore any and everything is at His disposal; Title of
Significance & Respect; and One to whom service is do.

So, David produced and led his people in song using this Hymn to help Israel
NEVER FORGET who their God is and what their God has actually done!

(Largest); Northern Region of Kingdom - Tribes of Zebulun & Naphtali.
